Suitable for any type of club or class, including holiday clubs that enforce block attendance, this module lets you generate registers of attendance, manage payments upfront, communicate with parents, use the approval function to control the fair usage of clubs where needed and ensure your customers can update and access their children's records.

With our club and class booking system, you can enforce upfront payments which reduces debt levels. You can also set up an overdraft threshold preventing parents from making further bookings if they fall behind with their payments.
Direct debit payments are automatically allocated and reconciled against the relevant account.

Parents can book online based on live availability. Attendance capacity is set-up for each club, enabling parents to book until the activity is full.
Cancelled places become instantly available to re-book for other parents.
