We had a wonderful response to our customer training needs survey and we managed to collect a lot of information and gain a good understanding of what training topics were most popular, get an array of logistical suggestions and additional recommendations on our customers' training wish-list.
From this input, we have put together a schedule of training, which commences in September. These will be live webinars hosted by somebody in our customer care team. The sessions will be 30 minutes long with a Q&A session at the end.
We urge all users to attend all or some of the sessions, as they are a great way for you to update and refresh your knowledge and skills around core areas of the system and for newer users to become more confident.
