This year hasn't been easy and we have all had to adapt and evolve to change the way we work to make the best of what the pandemic has thrown at us! Over the festive season, we hope you have a bit more time to appreciate the little pleasures in life that we often take for granted, like spending precious time with our family and friends and eating lots of food without having to worry about the diet!
Recap of magicbooking's year
The team at magicbooking have been very industrious this year. Our development team has been busy improving the user experience, this includes implementing new features and functionality and enhancing the back-end interface, they have also been working behind the scenes to implement data structure improvements and additional security and protection.
Our customer care team has been busy answering support questions, onboarding new clients and hosting a series of free training webinars. These recordings can be accessed on our YouTube channel.
We are delighted to announce that we will be launching our online shop module in the first quarter of 2022, this will enable you to sell merchandise, tickets, hardware (useful for schools who lend or sell tablets and laptops) etc.
