NEW FEATURE RELEASE - SENCO NOTIFICATION ALERT

We have recently added a new feature to the magicbooking admin system.


You can now trigger an email notification to a specified contact, such as your SENCo, when a child's medical/SEND information is updated. This notification enables you to make the necessary staff provision or contact parents proactively.

This notification can be set up by following these steps:


  • Click on the settings clog (located in the top bar on the right-hand side).
  • Edit, complete and save the SENCo Setting form (see screenshot below).
  • Once this form has been configured, an email notification will be sent to the named recipient in the form informing them that a child's SEND/medical information has been updated.
