Many schools are expanding their wraparound care provision as they have seen increased demand, but as these services grow then the admin for running these clubs also increases, which puts pressure on already stretched resources.

St John Fisher Catholic School Primary School in Pinner, Middlesex had experienced an expansion in the number of children attending their wraparound care provision and consequently, the admin associated with running these clubs was taking up too much time and the processes were becoming cumbersome and unwieldy.  As a result, they felt that an online booking system would be the answer, so they integrated magicbooking into their school set-up, with amazing results.

In our latest case study, we spoke to the School Administrator, Jackie McKenna at St John Fisher Catholic Primary School, who outlined how the easy-to-use magicbooking system has taken away many admin tasks, such as administering payments and provided an improved service to parents, with a wealth of information to aid planning at their fingertips and making the service more accessible.
